    Coffee drinks at this location are inconsistent.  I am an avid coffee drinker and  I would have to say that out of all the Lakeland locations this one is the most inconsistent.  The atmosphere  Is very friendly and clean so it's a nice place to get some work done but if only they could get their coffee consistent!

    Since Starbucks coffee is as good wherever you get it - i have to say this is a great setup at this spot.  They have spacious seating inside and out.   Electrical outlets are plenty - everywhere you turn there was an outlet.  They get the 5 stars just because of the outlets.  Their outside seating area was carefully mapped out.  They had plenty of shady seating spots.  Their plastic wicker chairs were cozy and made you want to get plenty of work done.  When I'm back in Lakeland - this'll be my new work area.

    I'm sorry to say that this is the worst Starbucks experience to date.  Upon walking in, there was a line of 4 and only one person behind the counter.   Customers in front of me were paying with $50 and $100 so counting their change with $5s and $1s took forever.   Once I received my green tea, it was running down the side. No napkins but a lot of trash at the pick up counter.  All napkins and other essentials are placed at the opposite end of the store.   I hope it gets better.   Staff was nice.

    Went and got a frappe today on my break. The staff seemed very occupied with their cleaning tasks. I order my coffee from a youngish guy with not a smile to share. He makes my drink and spills a large portion on the counter. I say thank you and leave again with no smile in site. I start drinking and it tasted like nothing but ice, I don't know if he forgot the mocha flavor??, it was the right color but tasted horrible. I get back to work and dump it because it was horrible. People at work asked why I didn't just take it back.... if the guy making it was already grumpy and had no customer service why would I go back... I'll just find a new star bucks
